One Shared Passion.
Essex & Suffolk Martial Arts is a collaboration of four established martial arts clubs, bringing together a wealth of experience, expertise and opportunities for students across the region.
While each club specialises in its own discipline, all share the same commitment to high-quality instruction, personal development, respect and a welcoming family-friendly environment.

With a history spanning more than 50 years, Arena Karate is one of the longest-established martial arts clubs in the region. Led by Stefanie Barnes, classes are held in Coggeshall and Hadleigh, with Needham Market classes run by Nina Hall.
Welcoming students from age 4 and upwards, Arena Karate teaches traditional Korean karate, combining strong martial arts values with modern coaching methods. The club offers opportunities for both recreational students and those wishing to compete at regional and national level, helping students develop confidence, discipline, fitness and technical excellence.
